ARCHIVES jazz-funk

Legendary Italian New Wave band Confusional Quartet and their producer Oderso Rubini, founder of the equally influential label Italian Records, visit our studio in Paris as they were in town for a Serendip Lab event playing along Rene Couteau, Samon Takahashi, Bernard Filipetti vs Ravi Shardja and Tumulus… occuring on the eve of their studio visit.

For this session, Clémentine invites Saint-James for a Chuwanaga’s special one. First hour is a tribute to Mike Collins from SunPalace who sadly passed away few days ago and is filled with Mike Collins’ amazing productions and projects, from jazz-funk to proto-house. Second hour is filled with love songs as well as exclusive material from forthcoming UK jazz-funk compilation « In The Red Vol. 2 ».

RIP Mike Collins.
